SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICIES AND RATES

       You have choices for shipping!  During checkout, you will have the opportunity to choose UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.  The appropriate shipping charges will be automatically added to your invoice total.  There is a $3.95 packaging and insurance fee per order to cover our costs for packing materials and insuring your package.

• WHERE: We ship only to addresses in the United States of America.
• WHEN: In stock orders are normally shipped within 2 to 3 business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified and invited to accept a back order or cancel the item.
• HOW: Most orders are shipped via UPS. A tracking link is provided so that you may check on delivery status. If any item is too large or too heavy for UPS shipping, we will contact you via telephone or e-mail to make delivery arrangements.
• RETURNS: All requests for returns must be recieved by RGWebb Enterprises, LLC within 30 days of the day on which the item was ordered. Please contact us for a return authorization for any items you wish to return. If the return is due to damages, we may ask you to contact the delivery service for instructions. If the return is due to an error in filling your order,ex: you ordered a green hat and we shipped an orange hat, we will provide a return authorization at no cost to you. If the return is for any other reason, there will be a 20% restocking charge and you will be responsible for shipping costs for the return.
